I'm not paying you to return a damaged item from half a year ago! So I'd expect you to understand and politely leave. I'm sure anyone would understand.
But I just love it when a customer thinks I'm doing them wrong and yells that no one should buy our stores products. Go to the manufacturer. It's not my problem.
